AI Transparency Notice
Analyze datasets, charts, probability, averages, variance, trends, correlations, summaries, and statistical results in simple language. This page explains how we use artificial intelligence, what data we process, how outputs are generated, and what rights you have. This notice fulfils our transparency obligations under the EU AI Act Article 50 and GDPR Article 22.
AI Statistics AI Agent uses artificial intelligence to generate data analysis based on your inputs and instructions. The AI interprets your prompts and produces outputs automatically.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in professional, legal, medical, or financial contexts.
AI Statistics AI Agent uses Anthropic and Google to power its AI features. Depending on the feature, your inputs may be transmitted to any of these providers' servers to generate outputs. Each provider's data processing terms apply in addition to ours.
Your inputs are never stored or used to train AI models. They are processed solely to generate your requested output and discarded thereafter.
No — outputs are generated and delivered automatically without prior human review. We operate automated monitoring systems to detect harmful or unsafe outputs.
You own the data analysis you generate. AI Statistics AI Agent claims no rights over your outputs.
Yes — outputs may be used freely for commercial purposes.
- Inputs (what you type/upload): Your inputs are retained for up to 1 year for service quality, abuse monitoring, and account history, then automatically deleted.
- AI processing: across multiple providers — Anthropic (US-based infrastructure); Google (US and EU regions)
- Account data (login, credits): stored on Supabase (EU servers — Frankfurt or Ireland region)
AI Statistics AI Agent's AI system is provided in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — the EU AI Act. Risk classification: Limited-risk AI system — productivity / creative tools subject to transparency obligations only (Article 50).

- Human oversight: No — outputs are generated and delivered automatically without prior human review. We operate automated monitoring systems to detect harmful or unsafe outputs.
- Right to object: You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce significant effects on you. Contact us to exercise this right
- Prohibited uses: Our AI system does not perform social scoring, biometric surveillance, subliminal manipulation, or any practice prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act
- AI literacy: We are committed to providing users with clear information about how our AI works, its capabilities, and its limitations

You may not use AI Statistics AI Agent's AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people
- Disinformation, fake news, or manipulative propaganda
- Impersonation of real individuals or brands
- Content targeting or exploiting minors
- Circumventing safety filters or jailbreaking the AI
- Any use prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act
